Middle of January found me on a week long business trip to Vancouver. The timing was perfect. Not only did it allow me to visit with friends, catch up with neighbors and shop at Powell's, but I could meet with the property management company in person. Conveniently, I could also take care of some of our "stuff" such as plants and miscellaneous furniture and garage stuff. Now the house is ready for new tenants.
The fligh over was nice, with views of a not quite frozen Davis Strait (between Greenland and Canada)
